About Me

  • Hi! I’m Meghan, an artist and mixed movement coach passionate about helping all types move without pain and with confidence.

For the past 15 + years I've helped artists, athletes, performers, musicians, and other creatives reduce pain, improve mobility and build strength that lasts. I give you tools for longevity of the mind and the body. My intention is to help you build strength, confidence and trust within yourself. Both physically and mentally.

  • MY STORY

I grew up doing gymnastics, flipping, jumping and sometimes hitting the ground HARD. When I wasn’t at the gym, I studied and played Suzuki Violin. I was a busy kid without a lot of downtime. Running from one event to the other. I remember my mom packing pasta for me to eat in the car during extra busy days!

At 15, I tore my ACL + MCL in a competition. After surgery and a long recovery, I left gymnastics behind, but I carried the same mindset into adulthood: push harder, ignore pain, keep performing. Eventually my body said no more. Chronic joint pain, burnout, and constant fatigue were catching up with me.

Finally, after years of ongoing physical therapy because of joint pain and mobility issues, I found yoga. It sounds cliche, but yoga really did change my life. For the first time, everything just kind of clicked. I felt the rhythm, ease and joy of playing music when I practiced. And the best part? My joint and muscle pain began to disappear.
